On behalf of your benevolent leaders up north, we'd like to say both 'Congratulations' on the historic victory and 'Your Welcome.'
We'd also like to apologize for leaving GWB in for both terms... We thought we took care of things in Florida, but it appears that our operatives were preparing for Spring Break instead of working on that whole 'hanging chad' thing. And in all fairness, we were on vacation in '04 and, seriously, we didn't think you would actually vote for him again.
Our bad.
Anyhow, Canada has big plans for the US; Prez-elect Obama is just the beginning...
